Biography
Fondly known as Jozi’s King of Swing Michael Lesar burst onto the scene as co - founder and resident DJ of the legendary DEEP HEET PARTEEZ (2002 - 2012) which fast became one of the premium events on the Cape Town House scene firmly establishing him as a prominent figure within
the genre.
In 2009 Mike moved to Johannesburg and quickly cemented himself as a firm favourite on many festival and event line ups with a loyal following. Michael’s DJ sets are instantly recognizable by his distinct signature dirty bass line style and knows all too well about jam packed, hip swinging head banging dance floors having spread his magic at events / festivals around South Africa and the world. His love for a variety of genres translates to an affection for long extended sets.
This exposed him to events across musical genres which led to him playing all over the circuit of Festivals and clubs of South Africa before heading overseas.
